This is the application form for both our fall and our holiday market.  You can apply for either one or both.

Our fall market will be taking place on October 24 and our holiday market will be taking place on December 5 at the Wild Rose Pavilion in Lloydminster from 10-4.

 

*PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE A MARKET THAT PRIORITIZES HANDMADE SMALL BUSINESSES.  RESELLERS AND BOUTIQUES MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
